2. Description of Service

Easycollab connects D2C brands with creators to run performance-driven campaigns. We provide matching, campaign management, and payment infrastructure, largely without manual intervention.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Easycollab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Creator Campaigns and Payments

Brands and creators agree to campaign terms presented within the platform, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partners, and applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Misrepresenting your identity, audience, or campaign performance.

  • Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

  • Attempting to circumvent our matching or payment systems.

  • Interfering with the security or normal operation of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Easycollab and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, branding, and content we create. Content you upload remains yours, subject to the license you grant us to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Easycollab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easycollab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Easycollab harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easycollab is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Easycollab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
